Technology Support Services Available for Students
The Administrative Services Center (ASC) is excited to welcome new and returning students back to campus! Ensuring all Georgia Tech students have the technology support they need to be successful is our top priority. The ASC Tech Support team is available to assist students with the following services and more.
- Wifi / Eduroam access
- VPN access
- Email troubleshooting
- Password resets
- Two-factor authentication (DUO)
- GTOther device registration
- Network port activation: on-campus housing
- Other application-related issues
Virtual Support
Knowledge articles for common application-related issues are available in the Administrative Services portal. Students can also receive support by using the chat feature, submitting a Technology Request, or calling the ASC at 404.385.1111.
In-Person Support
In-person technology support is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Clough Undergraduate Learning Commons, Suite 215 (near Kaldi’s Coffee).
