Support Available for Duo Phone Call 2FA Phase Out

Starting Nov. 11, the Duo phone call method will no longer be available as a two-factor authentication (2FA) option for Georgia Tech users logging into OneUSG Connect. To help you through this transition, the Administrative Services Center (ASC) Technology Support (Tech Support) team is here to assist! 

Join us for a drop-in session to receive live help and ask questions about alternative 2FA methods.  

  • Thursday, November 7 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (in-person, Clough 215) 
  • Wednesday, November 20 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (in-person, Clough 215) 
  • Tuesday, November 26 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (in-person, Clough 215)
