We are thrilled to celebrate the success of the following individuals who have recently completed the ASPIRE program:

  • Camara Jenkins, client relations manager
  • Chrisentha Sellers-Hegg, customer service representative
  • Essence Woods, onboarding and hiring coordinator
  • Shaun Blum, AV design engineer / project manager

ASPIRE supports the development of individuals looking to grow as leaders, providing tools for personal and professional growth. Participants learn to navigate challenges, influence change, and improve decision-making. Graduates gain confidence in their leadership skills through practical exercises, feedback, and introspection.

Camara Jenkins shared, “Participating in ASPIRE aligns with my long-term goals of becoming a more strategic, empathetic, and effective leader while contributing to the success of my organization.” Essence Woods added, “Through this program, I gained a deeper understanding of how to create positive, inclusive, and motivating environments where everyone can truly thrive.”

We also appreciate the leaders who supported their team as co-learners:

  • Stacy Whitman
  • Cynthia Crosland
  • Sterling Dunkley
  • Jassen Ceci
  • Christian Birk

The commitment our colleagues made to personal growth and leadership development is an inspiration to all of us. We look forward to seeing the positive impact they will continue to make at Georgia Tech!
